Fukutetsu Fukubu Line
The Fukutetsu Fukubu Line is a railway line operated by Fukui Railway in Fukui Prefecture. It connects Fukui Station with Echizen-Takefu Station, serving as a key transportation route for both locals and tourists. The line features a mix of urban and rural scenery, offering passengers a glimpse of Fukui’s charming landscapes. It also provides convenient access to cultural and historical sites in the region. Some sections of the line share tracks with streetcars, creating a unique tram-train experience.

Tram 773 near Asuwayama-Koenguchi station.
Two Trams, 1001 with white Murata advertisement and 1003 in green livery at Fukui Castle Ruins-Daimyoumachi station. At this station the branch line to Fukui separates and some trams need to change direction.
Tram 2001 has entered service since 26 March 2023, here seen at Fukui Eki (Fukui station).
